OU Physicians accepts most local and national preferred provider (PPO) and health maintenance (HMO) organization insurance plans as well as both Medicare and Medicaid/SoonerCare. If you have questions about whether your insurance is accepted, please contact our office at (405) 271-1368. 

It is highly recommended that you contact your insurance carrier prior to your appointment to ask about your remaining deductible as well as your copay and/or coinsurance for specialist visits (CPT 99204) as well as nasal endoscopy (CPT 32131). Discounted rates for self-pay patients exist for those without insurance benefits. 

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Payment plans also exist to match financial abilities and ensure patients get access to the care they need.
